Refunds for cancelled registrations may be available if they are received prior to the following dates:

• August 15, 2024 = 100% refund

• August 31, 2024 = 50% refund

• Refunds will not be offered for cancellations after September 1, 2024.

Refunds

We understand that things come up and your child may not be able to make it to every rehearsal, but in order to ensure the strength of the ensemble, we will only allow 3 excused absences per session. If absences exceed this limit, your child may be asked to refrain from participation in the final concert.
